Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any moment from the app (Settings → Plans → Manage subscription). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a purchase that doesn't work, or you simply changed your mind shortly after buying — email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

How it works

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle.
• Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Where consumer law grants you additional rights, those always apply.
